Evaluation Frameworks for the 4M’s Using EHR Data

In this session Robert Thombley, from the UCSF Division of Clinical Informatics and Digital Transformation, will give an overview of two AFHS measurement frameworks and describe the process of identifying the right personnel, tailoring measurement specifications at specific sites, data extraction and use of the data. Additionally, on the implementation side Jorie Butler, from University of Utah and Lauren Gleason from University of Chicago, will speak to their experience as sites implementing the measurement framework.
