Participate in a national survey to help shape federal digital health policy!
Take the survey now!
The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) has partnered with the Assistant Secretary for Technology Policy (ASTP, formerly the ONC) on a second national survey focused on digital health companies and their experience with EHR APIs.
Our last survey produced these results and shaped national policy.
Why participate?
Digital health companies are leading innovation across care delivery, patient engagement, and clinical decision support—but EHR integration remains a critical challenge. This survey is your chance to:
-
Share your experiences with EHR API integrations—what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change.
-
Inform federal health IT policy that could directly impact your company and the broader industry.
-
Amplify your voice: Participants who complete the survey will be entered for a chance to speak on stage with UCSF at a national conference.
Together, we can improve interoperability and help build a more seamless digital health ecosystem.
Note: All individual survey respondents and responses will be de-identified, responses are aggregated, and no identifiable information is ever shared publicly.
